Service Life & Storage:

Replace exhausted gas filters if you detect gases or vapors during use, or within 6 months of opening the original packaging. If breathing resistance increases dramatically, replace the particulate filter. Always replace filters in pairs, and adhere to the use-by-date. Store filters in a dry, uncontaminated environment, away from sunlight and heat sources.

Filter Disposal & Certification:

Dispose of used filters according to waste disposal regulations. The EasyLock filters meet EN 14387:2004+ A1:2008 and EN 143:2000 + A1:2006 standards, and are CE-marked in accordance with European Directive 89/686 EEC. The Institut fr Arbeitsschutz IFA in St Augustin (0121) in Germany is responsible for type examination and product monitoring.

Important Information:

For optimum performance, use AX filters once, especially with low-boiling gases (≤65C). Consult national regulations for permissible application concentrations and times for individual compounds. Only use AX filters with vapors with good warning properties. AX filters do not offer adequate protection against various low-boiling gases. If you have any questions about AX filters, reach out to Moldex or Rapid Fire Supplies.

Note: The filter 9730 ABEK1Hg P3 has a maximum use time of 50h against mercury.
