We explore the new Panodyne Test Kit for COVID-19 diagnosis and vaccine evaluation.
The Panodyne COVID-19 IgM/IgG/Neutralising Antibody Rapid Test Kit (blood sample), which has gained CE certification, is intended for Professional Use to help assess the body’s immunity to COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine at the time of testing.
Three antibody whole process monitoring, vaccine effect evaluation is more comprehensive
IgG, IgM and NAB (neutralising antibodies) produced by RBD were detected to monitor the changes in antibody levels at various stages after vaccination
COVID-19 NAb is part of the five antibodies of IgA, IgM, IgD, IgG, and IgE produced by the immune system after the human body is attacked by a virus. It is an antibody that effectively blocks the binding of COVID-19 to human ACE2, not the sixth Antibodies.
Easy to operate, no pressure on multiple occasions
- Get test results within 15 minutes
- No equipment, no color chart, transportation at room temperature
- Feature Pack: Contains all experimental materials
- Adapt to vaccination site, clinic NAB screening
The world’s first, RBD IgM, IgG and NAb three antibody detection
The first three antibody reagent to enter the WHO FIND catalog and the first three antibody reagent to enter the export whitelist of the Ministry of Commerce of China.
Using NAb to block the ACE2+RBD binding principle, more targeted detection of functional NAb, compared with indirect method, capture method, and sandwich method, it simulates the working principle of natural neutralising antibody in vitro, which is more scientific and reasonable
Detection principle, NAB competition to block the binding of RBD to the human ACE2 receptor method, all vaccine produced NAB can be evaluated.
Test line T , Quality control line C
Detection principle of colloidal gold

Frequently asked questions about the new Panodyne Neutralising Antibody (Igm/IgG/Neutralising) Rapid Test Kit – PDNVAT-U
Estimated reading time: 11 minutes
This kit is used for the in vitro qualitative determination of Neutralising Antibodies concentration in human serum/plasma or whole blood samples. In other words, this test detemines if the person has the vaccine antibodies or the native antibodies in their blood.
Neutralising antibody (NAb) is a naturally-produced antibody as part of the immune system’s response. These antibodies inhibit or destroy the influence of foreign factors that invade the body. Neutralising antibodies can be triggered by infection or vaccination, produced by B lymphocytes, and bind to antigens on the surface of pathogenic microorganisms, thereby preventing the pathogenic microorganisms from adhering to target cell receptors and preventing cell invasion.
Assess the body’s immunity to the COVID-19 and the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine. (Detects the presence of neutralising antibodies).
Cool, dark and dry place at 2-30°C (Do not freeze)

Each individual box contains:
Vial of Solution
Individually foiled test Cassette
An assay is an investigative (analytic) procedure in laboratory medicine, mining, pharmacology, environmental biology and molecular biology for qualitatively assessing or quantitatively measuring the presence, amount, or functional activity of a target entity (the analyte)

Time needed: 15 minutes.
How to perform the Panodyne Neutralising Antibody (Igm/IgG/Neutralising) Rapid Test Kit – PDNVAT-U
- Check the expiry date printed on the kit
Check the expiry date printed on the kit. Do not use if the expiry date has passed.
- Bring the kit to room temperature
Bring the kit to room temperature approximately 30 minutes before performing the assay.
- Wash hands thoroughly before taking the test
Wash hands thoroughly before taking the test
- Collect sample using the cassette test kit supplied in the kit.
Open the test cassette by tearing the seal
Disinfect the fingertip with an alocohol prep pad
Use the sterile lancet to take the blood from the disinfected fingertip
The finger prick lancet is embedded inside the yellow casing and will only be depoyed once when pressed at the top
Collect the blood with the dropper
- Assay Procedure, add drops of blood in the cassette Coronavirus (C0VID-19) lgM/lgG antibody detection
Add 1 drop of blood to the IgM/IgG sample well, and 3 drops of blood to the Nab sample well.
Open the solution vial by twisting the top lid 3-5 times, be careful to not hold the vial so liquid can fall out.
- Assay Procedure, add drops of blood in the cassette Coronavirus (C0VID-19)
Neutralising Antibody Test
Add solution to the blood – Add 3 drops of diluent to the IgM/IgG sample well and 2 drops to diluent to the Nab sample well.
- Interpretation of result
Wait 15-20 minutes for the result
Visual interpretation at 15-20 minutes
Some positive results may appear sooner
CAUTION: Do not read the results after 20 minutes. It may provide false results.
- Positive result for Antibody test
+ Positive COVID-19
A Light RED line appears on the control (C) line,
And a Light RED line appears on the control (C) with Light Pink line on the test (T) line.
Within the specified observation time, a weak coloured test lin should be judged as positive result.
- Positive result for IgM/IgG test
+ Positive IgM/IgG
Neutralising positive: along with the (C) line, both (M and G) lines are present, it means that both COVID-19 IgM and IgG antibody are present.
+ Positive IgM: If along with the (C) line, only test line (M) appears, it means that COVID-19 IgM antibody is positive.
+ Positive IgG: If along with the (C) line, only test line (G) appears, it means that COVID-19 IgG antibody is positive
- Negative result for Antibody test
– Negative COVID-19
A light RED line on the control (C & T) line appears
– Negative IgM/IgG
Neutralising negative: If only RED (C) line is present
Negative IgM: If only the RED (C) line and light RED line (G) appears, it means that COVID-19 IgM antibody is negative.
Negative IgG: If only the RED (C) line and light RED line (M) appears, it means that COVID-19 IgG antibody is negative.
- Invalid result for Antibody test
X – invalid COVID-19
If (C) line is absent, either (T) line is present or not, the test will be considered invalid.
X – Invalid IgM/IgG
If the (C) line is absent, the test will be considered invalid. No matter whether line (G) and (M) are present or not.
- After Test
Disinfect used kit after the test
The used kit must not be discarded with the normal waste. Pack all used materials back inside the original box and discard safely.
