When will my order ship?

All orders placed before 4PM are shipped the same business day. Otherwise they are shipped the following business day. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order, your destination and the shipping method you choose. All shipping costs are clearly displayed on checkout.

Do you accept PayPal?

No, we use Stripe for our online payment gateway, or for trade terms and businesses accounts we use invoices.

Will you ship to my country?

We can ship internationally for our customers.

Can I split my order and have it sent to multiple addresses?

How do I track my order?

Depending on the product ordered DPD will update you via email or text, or you will be provided with a tracking update directly from Rapid Fire Supplies.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the type of products we sell, once an order is shipped you may not be able to cancel.

I made a mistake with my order. How do I change it?

If your order has not yet shipped or isn’t in the process of being packed, we will cancel the order or change it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, we cannot guarantee that we can modify your order.

What is your return policy?

Instructions for what you should do in the event that something is wrong with your order are available in our returns policy.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

For the vast majority of returns it takes between 1-10 business days for us to receive your returned item at the fulfilment centre, inspect, process and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days to show on your account.

Do you do back orders?

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

We are very sorry that the item you need is out of stock, however you can get the latest lead times, please email cs@rapidfiresupplies.co.uk or call us on 03330 150 330

What are your hours of business?

Office hours are 08:30 to 19:00 but you can email 24hrs a day and we will come back to you at the earliest opportunity.

Do you sell the ClearMask in smaller quanities?

Unfortunately the packaging is only suitable to be sold in boxes of 24.

I’m interested in the ClearMask, do you provide samples?

We do not normally provide samples of our products to new customers, however account holders and partners please contact us directly for a sample.
