Our mission is to lead the way in ending the poor customer experience with online purchases, to provide fully transparent supply chains, to support reducing risk in the work place and to maximise long term business sustainability.
Social Care, Local Gov and Charities on the frontline
Supporting frontline workers is essential, these are invaluable services for the most vulnerable in society who often require specialist knowledge and care.
Frontline workers provide services to the most needy, the least we can do is ensure they’re as safe as possible, which in turn protects the vulnerable people they’re caring for.
It has been a frustrating time for many charities navigating coronavirus and, while continuing to provide remote support to vulnerable service users, bespoke schemes like this will enable services to plan for face to face delivery once again.
Commercial Cleaning, Hospitality and Businesses
Due to our network and expansion we now have great products for procurement companies, industrial clients and SME businesses. Our values are the same whether our customer is big or small.
We take the time to develop relationships and make a positive difference in our cusotmers' lives.
How we helped reduce costs by 50%
One of the main reasons we exist is because of our frustration at the PPE market. We recognised that frontline workers, those most vulnerable, were not getting a fair price or the quality they needed. When we reached out to Hft we knew our 3 ply Type IIR masks were going to help reduce their costs. We just didnt realise how much!
We've spent months finding fantastics brands who share the same values as us and provide great quality. That's why when we supply we have the confidence in our products and we price for long term relationships.
We supplied 150,000 masks in October 2020 to Hft, helping them with their valuable work across the UK.
Supplying bespoke PPE work packs to 600 frontline workers.
“People with dementia have been worst hit by coronavirus – over a quarter of all coronavirus deaths have been people living with dementia, and many are isolated from social contact, and essential health and care support. Alzheimer’s Society is committed to delivering face to face support, as soon as Government guidance allows and it’s safe to do so. We are getting everything in place to ensure that when we do reopen these services, we can deliver them as safely as possible.
We created a single pack with essential items and delivered to over 600 fronline workers home addresses across the UK. The whole operation was delivered within 5 days of recieving the purchase order.
''In the interim, Alzheimer’s Society is still here for everyone affected by dementia through our Dementia Connect support line (0333 150 3456) and other online and telephone services.”
Lisa Johnston, Operations Director for Transformation, Commercial & Outreach for Alzheimer’s Society
Essential Supplies in COVID-19
At the start of COVID-19 we were approached by Workingham Borough Council to support their PPE requirements, as their usual supplier had been unable to. We were able to source 100,000 Nitrile gloves and 100,000 disposable aprons at a time when these items were incredibly hard to source. We have continued to build on our early supplier relationship and have continued to supply vital hygiene products and PPE.
Importing the best in the market
After purchasing the ClearMask™ early in September, our teams were called upon again. Angus Council needed a quick supply of 23,000 Nitrile Gloves. Our verified supply chain helped us quickly get the right product at the right time and provided valuable protection to frontline workers.
